Stage = Iteration / Timebox, Scope is prioritised using MoSCoW (DSDM) Workpackages for streams within the iteration. I gather progres by going into the Project room and document completed deliverables etc... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Issues can be questions, concerns, decision requests, off specification (bugs) etc...
